NORTHWEST OHIO BAR ASSOCIATION GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE

The Northwest Ohio Bar Association (NWOBA) Grievance Committee is a Certified Grievance Committee of the Ohio Supreme Court.  The Committee hears Complaints filed against Attorneys, Judges, or Magistrates in the counties of Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Van Wert and Williams.  The Committee does not determine whether a violation has occurred, but rather investigates and determines whether to refer the Complaint (or Grievance) to the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Professional Conduct.
